Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 10, 2026
Where This Privacy Policy Applies
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through this website and through communications and interactions with Reserve Investment Group, Inc. that reference or are subject to this Privacy Policy.
Reserve Investment Group, Inc. is based in Ohio and primarily provides information and services to individuals and businesses in Ohio and other locations where its activities are permitted, subject to applicable licensing, registration, regulatory, contractual, and business requirements.
Privacy rights and obligations may vary depending on where you reside, the nature of your relationship with us, the type of information involved, and the laws that apply to a particular interaction.
We comply with applicable federal and state privacy, data-security, recordkeeping, and breach-notification requirements to the extent they apply to our activities and the information we maintain.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any privacy right or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
Information you provide
If you submit a website form, we may receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, and the question or topic you want to discuss. Please do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial information through the website.
How information may be used
Information submitted through the website may be used to respond to your request, communicate about the subject you contacted us about, maintain appropriate business and compliance records, and protect the security and integrity of the website.
Analytics choices
Essential site functions operate without optional analytics. If analytics are configured, the website asks for your choice before loading optional analytics. You may choose “Essential only.”
Service providers
Website hosting and form processing are provided by Netlify. Contact records submitted through website forms are stored in Folk CRM. Email communications sent as a result of a website inquiry are delivered through Microsoft 365 / Outlook. Analytics, if enabled, are provided by PostHog and only load after you choose to allow them. These providers act on our behalf and are not authorized to use your information for their own independent purposes.
Data Retention
We retain personal information and business records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which the information was collected and to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, compliance, recordkeeping, security, and business requirements.
Records relating to financial-services inquiries, business communications, website and marketing materials, compliance approvals, disclosures, and associated regulatory documentation may generally be retained for up to six years following creation, last use, last activity, or termination of the applicable relationship, depending on the nature of the record and applicable requirements.
Certain records may be retained for a longer period when required by law, regulation, litigation hold, regulatory request, contractual obligation, fraud prevention, security requirements, or other legitimate legal or compliance purposes.
Routine website analytics information is generally retained for approximately 13 months unless a shorter or longer period is reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, compliance, or legal purposes.
Where session-recording technology is enabled, session recordings are generally retained for approximately 30 days. We seek to configure such technology to limit the collection of sensitive information, and session-recording information is not intended to capture confidential financial account information, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information entered into protected fields.
Analytics reports or related information that is used to support a regulatory, advertising, compliance, or business record may be retained separately for the applicable recordkeeping period.
When information is no longer required for a legitimate business, legal, regulatory, compliance, or security purpose, we may delete, destroy, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our records-retention practices.
Contact and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside and the laws applicable to your information, you may have certain rights concerning your personal information. These rights may include, where provided by applicable law, the right to:
- request information about personal information we maintain about you;
- request access to certain personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- request deletion of certain personal information;
- request that certain uses or disclosures of personal information be limited;
- opt out of certain communications or information-sharing practices where an opt-out right applies; and
- receive information about our privacy and data-handling practices.
These rights are not absolute. A request may be limited or denied when permitted or required by law, including when information must be retained to satisfy legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, or compliance obligations.
How to Make a Privacy Request
To ask a question about this Privacy Policy or submit a request concerning your personal information, please use the “Request a Conversation” form on this website and state that your message concerns a “Privacy Request.”
Please provide enough information for us to understand and respond to your request. We may need to verify your identity before providing access to, correcting, deleting, or otherwise acting on personal information.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, financial account credentials, or other highly sensitive information in a website contact form.
We will review privacy requests and respond as required by applicable law.
If applicable law provides a right to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request, information about the available appeal process will be provided with our response.
Financial Privacy
Certain information collected in connection with a financial product, service, or customer relationship may be subject to separate federal or state financial-privacy requirements.
Where a separate financial privacy notice, account agreement, regulatory disclosure, or other legally required notice applies, that document may supplement this Privacy Policy and will govern to the extent required by applicable law.
Changes in Applicable Privacy Rights
Privacy laws continue to develop and may differ among jurisdictions. We may update this Privacy Policy as our activities, technology, service areas, or legal obligations change.
The effective date shown on this Privacy Policy indicates when it was most recently revised.
